We are excited to be using Kumospace for #EUPC21.
Most of us have missed the social aspect of events during Covid and an online event cannot fully replicate the experiences you would have in person, however we’re excited by the opportunities offered. Where else could you meet 2000+ permaculture enthusiasts and practitioners from across Europe?!

Kumospace is a dynamic and creative tool for meeting with colleagues, collaborators and event participants.

We will have a dedicated EUPC space with multiple rooms to explore and be used creatively. Each room can hold 30 people but with enough rooms created all participants will be able to attend at once. One option for use of Kumospace is to have different nationalities able to meet others from their country in rooms (i.e. a Danish room), or for visitors to meet permaculture people from another country to share knowledge, learning and ideas. Alternatively, rooms could be used as an additional tool of language support for the Convergence. We will experiment as we go!

Volunteers will be on hand each day from 5pm to 10pm UK Time to support anybody using the space. If you do not know how to navigate Kumospace on arrival, please visit the reception room. If the room is full (each room has a maximum capacity of 30) please wait until a space appears. The room’s current capacity is listed under the name of each room.

Social & Film Night Oct 12

Day 5 of the Convergence sees us gathering in Kumospace for film screenings and some dedicated social time. We’ll be inviting everybody to join in with games, activities, learning and networking. More details to follow.
